It was a delightful evening at Flamborough Airfield yesterday. A grassroots BBQ was organized by the warm and friendly aviation enthusiasts of Flamborough, celebrating the longest day of the year. We had the opportunity to witness and capture the mesmerizing flight of various aircraft from evening until sunset, accompanied by a deep red sun and hazy skies that created a soft and captivating ambiance.
Moreover, we had the pleasure of reconnecting with old friends and forging new friendships, engaging in stimulating conversations and savoring delicious food throughout the evening. We would like to extend a special THANK YOU to Scott Knowlton for the kind invitation, and express our gratitude to Kirk Tilley, Brian and Hope Kenney, and Olivia White for their hospitality.
