Please note: This policy applies to photo requests made directly to us by individuals. It does not apply to work delivered to event organizers when we are engaged as the official photographer.

We are proud to capture moments from aviation events and share them with the community. If you would like a photo of your aircraft or yourself from one of our events, please review the following:

Availability

• Photos are shared when available and at our discretion.
• We do our best to fulfil requests, but not all moments may have been captured or archived.

Cost & Donations

We are happy to share photos at no cost.

• Requests for a low resolution, watermarked digital image by email do not require proof of donation.
• Requests for high resolution, unwatermarked digital image of your own aircraft or your own photo require proof of donation to Dreams Take Flight.

Dreams Take Flight is a volunteer-run charity that gives children with medical, physical, emotional, or social challenges the chance to experience a life-changing day at Disney. We support their mission because it’s rooted in compassion and brings light to children who face tough challenges.

Any amount of donation is appreciated. Proof of donation can be a screenshot, photo, or forwarded email. Sharing the amount is completely optional. We are grateful for your generosity in whatever way feels right to you.

Please note that our website Contact Page does not allow attachments. When submitting your request, include “Photo Request” in your message and provide enough detail to help us locate the image. Once we receive your message, we will reply by email so you can send or forward your proof of donation.

How to Request

All photo requests must be submitted through our official contact form on our website.
To help us locate your photo, please include:
• Event name and date
• Aircraft type or registration (if applicable)
• Description of the moment (e.g., “running on the tarmac,” “posing beside aircraft”)

Privacy & Respect (for personal requests, not event organizers)

We respect the privacy of all attendees.
• We do not provide individual images of children to anyone.
• We do not provide individual images of other attendees to anyone.
• Event organizers may have access to event photos for recap or promotional purposes when we are engaged as the official photographer.

We reserve the right to decline requests that do not align with our guidelines or availability.
